Giving off serious Let the Right One In vibes, Shudder's trailer for My Heart Can't Beat Unless You Tell It To follows a family with a fairly grim secret — their brother has a strange illness and needs blood in order to survive.

You can probably tell the direction this one's going, but judging by the trailer Jonathan Cuartes' horror — which stars Patrick Fugit, Ingrid Sophie Schram and Owen Campbell — still looks set to be a creep-fest.

My Heart Can't Beat Unless You Tell It To is available to stream now on Shudder.
