Personal trainer Sia Cooper is a mother of two who experienced some backlash after posting a video of herself working out at Target. Sia posted the video to show her followers they can work out anywhere, even while shopping with young kids in tow. She didn't let the haters get her down, however, and posted more video workouts at Walmart and Whole Foods. You do you, Sia!
