How far would you go for fame?

Sick with envy after watching her partner Thomas (Eirik Sæther) erupt into an overnight success as a contemporary artist, Signe (Kristine Kujath Thorp) is determined to one-up him by any means necessary. Getting diagnosed with a mysterious illness ends up being her ticket to social media fame, but not everyone's buying it.

From Norwegian film director Kristoffer Borgli, Sick of Myself has already been praised by the likes of John Waters and Ari Aster (Midsommar, Hereditary), who described the film "as misanthropic and committed to its soul-sick worldview as any black comedy."

Sick of Myself premieres April 12 in New York and April 14 in Los Angeles, following its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.
