Man submerges self in giant water balloon, which explodes in glorious slow motion

Never has the phrase "don't try this at home" been more appropriate.

Of all the stunts The Slow Mo Guys (a.k.a. Dan and Gav) have attempted over the years -- many with a cheerful disregard for Dan's safety -- this one has to be the most nerve-wracking to watch.

In the clip above, we see Dan struggle grimly inside a giant water balloon. Gav gives him a snorkel and pipe to breath through, and he submerges himself entirely. Then, they get the camera in there and pop the thing in slow motion. Needless to say, the results are spectacular.

This isn't the first time The Slow Mo Guys have tackled water balloons, and it almost certainly won't be the last.
