Molly Shannon's SNL character Sally O’Malley returned to the stage during the show's 50th anniversary special this week, declaring, "I'm proud to say I'm 50 years old — just like Saturday Night Live!"

Shannon's iconic character, who has been proudly 50 since she first appeared during the comedian's time on SNL in the late '90s, early 2000s, joined Emma Stone during SNL50 to present a history of the show's legacy in physical comedy.

"Emma, she's not one of those gals who's afraid to tell her real age and she likes to KICK, STRETCH, and KICK!" said Sally.

Cue some serious kicking and stretching.
