A24's latest film, Sorry, Baby, has the look of a quirky comedy with a serious edge judging by the brand new trailer out today.
Written and directed by and starring Eva Victor, the movie follows Agnes (Victor), a woman struggling to terms with something bad that happened to her three years before.
"Bittersweet, brilliant, and heartwarmingly funny, Sorry, Baby is a movie that is sure to find an audience beyond Sundance," wrote Mashable's Kristy Puchko in her review. "And not just because A24 is a master of marketing offbeat cinema, but because Victor has a voice that is strong, strange, and demands to be heard."
Naomi Ackie, Lucas Hedges, John Carroll Lynch, Louis Cancelmi, and Kelly McCormack also star.
Sorry, Baby is in select cinemas on June 27, nationwide on July 18.
