Singer and middle school assistant principal G. Star Swain made onlookers swoon with her powerful rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner" at the Lincoln Memorial earlier this month. Swain was initially nervous to tackle the notoriously difficult anthem, but ended up performing anyway — something for which we should all be grateful.
And, hey, those Lincoln Memorial acoustics aren't bad either.
