To say that we're living in difficult times at the moment would be a pretty enormous understatement — so it's really only fitting that this year's Star Wars Day video was a message of hope.

To mark May the Fourth — the punny calendar date that's become an annual celebration for Star Wars fans — the franchise's official account shared a compilation video. The 100-second clip contains movie and TV footage from the Star Wars universe, from 1977's Star Wars to 2019's The Rise of Skywalker. The overall theme? Helping people no matter what, being stronger when we're together, and having hope that things will get better.

May the Fourth be with you, during an unprecedented time that tends toward the Dark Side.
