What's the most important quality in a space pilot? Loyalty – at least that's the case in Star Wars: Resistance, the new animated series about rookie pilot Kaz (Christopher Sean) who's recruited to spy on the First Order.
The first trailer gives us a taste of Kaz's general vibe, as well as how he jibes with his de facto mentor: Poe Dameron (yes, that's Oscar Isaac).
The rest of the cast includes Suzie McGrath, Scott Lawrence, Myrna Velasco, Josh Brener, Donald Faison, Jim Rash, and Bobby Moynihan, with Gwendolyn Christie also popping in from the big screen Star Wars franchise to reprise her role as Captain Phasma.
Star Wars: Resistance premieres Oct. 7 on Disney Channel, followed by a worldwide release across Disney platforms.
