We already have real lightsabers and levitating Death Stars, so it was only a matter of time before we got a real, working Star Wars Speeder bike.

The vehicle, first shown in Return of the Jedi, was recently recreated with exacting detail by the Wisconsin-based customization shop Vintage Works.

Using the frame of a regular motorcycle, the team managed to put together what looks like an authentic Speeder bike that does everything the original does -- except levitate. In this case, the vehicle speeds through terrain on two wheels like most motorcycles. Still, it's powered by the fan enthusiasm of the most beloved science fiction franchise ever.

Unfortunately, the company isn't planning to sell the bike as a product so, for now, these demonstration videos will have to satisfy your Imperial Army gadget lust.
