It's the Star Wars saga we didn't know we needed.
YouTube comedy duo PistolShrimps is showing us what Star Wars would be like with Tommy Wiseau, and it's pretty far out. Using clips from Wiseau's infamously great and bad movie The Room, and other editing techniques, Wiseau appears in a slew of familiar Star Wars scenes spanning all three trilogies. Remarkably, the video manages to tell some semblance of a story.
A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, Tommy Wiseau met Anakin Skywalker and fell in love. But there's trouble in paradise, and Kylo Ren swoops in to steal Wiseau when Anakin betrays him. And then they fall in love, or something. We're honestly still putting the pieces together, but it's riveting.
The 20-minute space/soap opera comes roughly a year and a half after PistolShrimps uploaded their first Wiseau/Star Wars crossover, an equally hilarious effort that's about 18 minutes shorter. We're glad they took it 100 steps further.
There's only one question left to answer: Are you team Tanakin, or team Tylo?
