Trumpcare is dead, so Stephen Colbert threw it the funeral it deserves

Well, Trumpcare has kicked the bucket. In fact, Stephen Colbert says, it's "as dead as the people who would have been dead if Trumpcare had passed."

And in honor of this tremendous failure, Stephen Colbert compiled a nice montage of Republicans -- Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, Rudy Giuliani, and especially Trump himself -- vowing to "repeal and replace" the Affordable Care Act.
