A Netflix-inspired horror game? Sign us up.

I like how this trailer for Stories Untold, a four-part horror game anthology releasing on Feb. 27, doesn't even try to hide its nod to Stranger Things. The music, the retro technology, the red lettered logo -- if you've seen the Netflix series, there's no escaping the similarity.

Cool!

The anthology appears to be an extension of The House Abandon. The earlier game -- which was created by Stories Untold developer No Code -- is a text adventure that plays out on an in-game CRT monitor in a creepy, old house (it, too, evoked Stranger Things in a trailer).

Not enough of a connection? It might surprise/thrill you to learn that the Stories Untold title card was created by Imaginary Forces, the same team behind the Stranger Things title card.

The anthology features a remastered version of The House Abandon plus three additional horror experiences. Check it out on Steam or GOG (no console release for this one, sadly).
