Urien is heading back to the Street Fighter series and Capcom is preparing the world with an introduction video.

Urien is the vice president of the Illuminati and uses his Illuminati powers to take down opponents. You can check out some of his moves in the video, including his ability to charge heavy kicks and heavy punches for extra hitstun.

He joins the SFV roster on Thursday in the game's first wave of DLC characters.
