There's a lot of things that sets Tesla apart from most car manufacturers, but if we had to choose the coolest one, it'd be Tesla's love for Easter eggs.

The latest hidden feature of Tesla's Model S is activated by pressing the button on your charge cable 10 times in quick succession, while your car is locked and charging.

The result, which you can see in the video above, is not very useful, but it's quite cool: The light around the charging port goes into some sort of rainbow-disco mode. Now all you need is some music, and you can have your own little party in your garage or at the charging station.

Other Tesla Easter eggs involve a three-minute light-and-music Christmas show, as well as turning the road beneath the virtual car on your dashboard into a Mario Kart-style Rainbow Road
