"Knowing is good, but knowing everything is better," declares Tom Hanks' Eamon Bailey in the chilling trailer for The Circle.

In the upcoming film adaptation of Dave Eggers' 2013 novel, Mae Holland (Emma Watson) finds herself at the center of The Circle, a super-culty tech company where information is the highest capital.

"Do you think you behave better or worse when you're being watched?" Bailey asks -- because The Circle has cameras around the world and a terrifying store of knowledge about everything and everyone.

The Circle also stars John Boyega, Karen Gillan, Ellar Coltrane, Susan Sarandon and more. It hits theaters April 28.
