How do the rich stay wealthy? Steven Soderbergh's The Laundromat explores a variety of methods, few of which are strictly legal. When one Ellen Martin (Meryl Streep) ends up investigating a law firm that specializes in furthering the interests of the wealthy, she decides to take matters into her own hands.

The film stars Gary Oldman and Antonio Banderas as the lawyers in question, whose methods include (albeit not explicitly) tax evasion, bribery, and more. The Laundromat also stars Jeffrey Wright, David Schwimmer, Sharon Stone, and others.

The Laundromat premieres in select theaters Sept. 27 and on Netflix Oct. 18.
