What do you get when you combine a Stephen King short story, director Osgood Perkins (Longlegs), and producer James Wan (Saw, M3gan)? The answer is the upcoming film The Monkey, which is shaping up to be a real who's-who of horror.

Like King's short story of the same name, The Monkey follows twin brothers Hal and Bill (both played by Theo James), whose discovery of a sinister monkey toy sparks a string of horrifying deaths. The film's first teaser doesn't give much else away, preferring to let the names of its creative team do the talking. But between shots of a spooky, drum-playing monkey toy and a blood-spattered James, consider us more than intrigued.

The Monkey hits theaters Feb. 21.
