Festive horror movies seem to be increasing in popularity. We've had murderous santas (Violent Night), murderous robot santas (Christmas Bloody Christmas), and now we're about to have killer cults showing up to ruin Christmas dinner.
In the trailer above for Jenn Wexler's The Sacrifice Game, students Samantha (Madison Baines) and Clara (Georgia Acken) are spending the holidays stuck in boarding school when a trio of serial killers arrive to play a sinister cat-and-mouse game.
