It's hard to believe, but despite being on the air for 28 seasons, The Simpsons has never aired an hourlong episode -- until now.
In this Sunday's episode, “The Great Phatsby" -- which takes TV's most beloved family, adds a dash of Empire and a twist of Gatsby -- Mr. Burns tries to relive his glory days by throwing a lavish party. In the process, he crosses paths with a mysterious music mogul who likes to splash his cash.
After being conned and reduced to bankruptcy, Burns seeks revenge on the producer with the help of Homer, Bart, rapper Jazzy James (Keegan-Michael Key) and the mogul’s ex-wife, Praline (Empire star Taraji P. Henson). They'll also get a musical assist from Snoop Dogg, Common and RZA (guest-voicing as themselves).
