The Tomorrow War, Amazon Prime Video's next big action flick, combines two classic sci-fi tropes: time travel and aliens. Also, Chris Pratt is there.

Pratt plays Dan Forester, an ex-military man turned high school teacher. He, along with thousands of others, is drafted to fight in a war against an alien invasion. The catch? The war is happening 30 years in the future, meaning that Pratt and his fellow soldiers will have to jump forward in time in order to save the present. Starring alongside Pratt are J.K. Simmons, Yvonne Strahovski, Betty Gilpin, and Sam Richardson.

The Tomorrow War hits Amazon Prime July 2.
