Firework-shooting laser plane is absolutely ridiculous

Whoever is flying this firework-spitting plane must have laser focus.

Guests of the Avalon Airshow in Melbourne were treated to a wild laser and fireworks show earlier this month when a plane literally shot lasers at them. The multitasking plane is called The Scandinavian Catwalk and it's equipped with fireworks and lasers, making for a stunning flight. HD Melbourne Aviation, a channel dedicated to plane content from Melbourne Airport, posted the otherworldly show.

The show is set to "Sandstorm" by Darude, but it might be fitting to open a new browser and play Orson Welles' "War of the Worlds" radio broadcast from 1938.
