Not all polls are created, or presented, equally. And if you're going to listen to polls, you should know how accurate they can be.

In this We The Voters short film, we learn that polls can come from several types of sources. Sources can include news media who genuinely want to know about public opinion, to campaigns and private companies who hope to eventually see those results in their favor.

Many factors can influence the results of a poll, from the sample selection to question order, both of which can lead the poll-taker in a certain direction if not careful. And even if polls can't predict the election, the election itself is one of the country's biggest polls.
