Jenna Ortega as Wednesday in the Netflix series.

We were left with so many burning questions at the end of Wednesday Season 2, Part 1, that it feels like the titular stormy protagonist of the series (Jenna Ortega) has been gleefully torturing us with suspense. What's going to happen after the sh*tshow at Willow Hill? Who is Ophelia? And where in the abracadabra is Lady Gaga?

Now, we've got a first look at the second part of the Netflix series, and it looks like all hell (and hyde) is going to break loose. The biggest surprise is the return of Gwendoline Christie as the dearly departed Principal Weems, and what sounds like Lady Gaga's voice at the end of the trailer.

Showrunners Alfred Gough and Miles Millar brought the Edgar Allan Poe vibes already this season, fixing the love triangle problem of Season 1, and paying sneaky homage to The Addams Family movies. So we're as excited as Uncle Fester (Fred Armisen) in a psychiatric ward cell with a zombie to get into the second half of Season 2.

Wednesday Season 2 Part 1 is now streaming on Netflix. Part 2 premieres Sept. 3.
