Wolf Creek, the cult Australian horror film which has struck fear into the hearts of outback travellers and locals alike since 2005, is set to return as a series on Australian streaming service Stan.
A teaser released on Monday shows villain Mick Taylor, played by John Jarratt, who murdered backpackers in the original low-budget film, the target of a revenge plot.
In the new series, 19-year-old Eve Thorogood, played by Australian actress Lucy Fry, survives the massacre of her family at the hands of Taylor. She then goes on to track down the serial killer.
This is the revenge that we've been waiting years for. Go get 'em girl.
