Woman documents her escape after Amazon package traps her inside her house

Being legitimately trapped in your house is practically an introvert's dream. Just imagine.

"Oh, sorry, yeah I'm gonna have to cancel. There's an Amazon package blocking my door and I can't get out."

That's kind of what happened to TikTok user izzybrooke. And I think I wish it happened to me?

"When all you want is to go get your nails done, but you can't because Amazon put a package outside your door and you can't get out," she says in the video. The collection of TikToks received a ton of attention on the platform, and was later uploaded to ViralHog's YouTube.

Sure enough, the package was wedged between the outward-swinging door and a column of bricks, keeping the woman from opening the door wider than a few inches. She was stuck there for almost an hour, according to the video's description.

She eventually grabbed a spatula and was able to stretch it out far enough beyond the crack in the door to move the package aside, propelling herself to sweet, sweet freedom.

"Success," she said. "Fuck you, Amazon. Fuck you."

Amazon, feel free to block me in anytime.
