Trash is a big problem. From massive landfills to the pollution swirling in the ocean, there’s a waste issue on our planet — and humans are to blame for it.

But what if we could turn that trash into energy?

For years this kind of closed loop system has been nothing more than a pipedream of the eco-conscious. Now, one LA-based green tech company is making that dream a reality.

Entrade designs and manufactures waste solution systems that convert solid waste into clean electricity on site.

“If you can take the waste and actually process it in the location that you are, that’s a tremendous opportunity to make the environment a much cleaner place,” says Nick Tarditti, head of corporate development.
