Twitter is overjoyed at the language in former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush's vague announcement that he is "actively exploring" a run for president.

For Bush, that just means he's forming a leadership PAC to make money and influence people as he tiptoes toward 2016. For the rest of us, though, that means, well, pretty much everything.
