The Canadian singer and fellow Canuck Chad Kroeger, frontman of the rock band everyone loves to hate, announced their engagement Tuesday evening. Internet users had a field day reacting to the news -- so much so that Twitter had difficulties dealing with the high volume of traffic on its site.
