The iconic performer is not happy with Bieber's dad after the elder Bieber made everyone uncomfortable by giving his son's penis size a thumbs up.

Bieber was raised by a single mom, and while he has maintained contact with his dad, he's been open about the fact that he didn't have the parental guidance he needed growing up.
Middler was just saying what everyone else was thinking. And now that she has provided the missing piece of the puzzle, the world can -- hopefully -- put this to rest.
