At some point in every presidential candidate's campaign, he or she must try to make a joke or two.
For Carly Fiorina, that means getting on stage and telling the world that President Obama once ate a dog.

In a parody video for IJReview, Fiorina argues that dogs are better than cats, which is arguably her most controversial statement yet (though there's a debate tonight, so you never know). The former CEO of HP may have a future career as an advocate for the dog community if the White House gig doesn't work out.
"You know, President Obama ate one of your cousins," she tells one confused, doe-eyed dog. "Vote Republican."
