LONDON -- One Friday in December is a very, very important day in the UK calendar -- it's a day that divides some people while bringing others closer together; a day that sees both humans and animals displaying their festive cheer like a bauble-covered badge of honour.
We're talking, of course, about Christmas Jumper Day. Although festive sweaters have long been a December tradition, the day has become a fixed feature in the UK calendar in recent years, with people wearing their most Christmassy jumpers to work in exchange for charitable donations.
Some people get pretty creative with their jumpers.
