Don't let the verdant color scare you — it looks like guacamole but tastes like cheesecake in a bowl.

This dish takes its cue from both the sweet, creamy cheesecake at your favorite deli and the combination of avocado and sweetened condensed milk that is popular in Filipino cuisine. It's creamy, it's sweet and it's perfect on vehicles like graham crackers and strawberries.

Just be sure to let it drop just below room temperature before you serve, so it's creamy and not stiff.

This avocado cheesecake dip serves two because it's super sweet and rich, but hey, if that's how you roll — down the whole thing in one fell swoop.
