3 Dead, at Least 65 Injured After Buildings Collapse in NYC

Residents of East Harlem in Uptown Manhattan reported hearing an explosion shortly after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, and a fire quickly engulfed two buildings at 116th Street and Park Avenue. At least three people are dead and some are still missing as firefighters search the debris.
