Google Launches Nexus 5 and 7 in New European Countries

Google's Nexus 5 smartphone and Nexus 7 tablet are now available for sale in eight new European countries, Android Police reports.

The list of countries now includes Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal and Sweden.

The Nexus 7 has a 1.5GHz, quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB of RAM, 16 or 32GB of storage and a 5-megapixel camera. The Nexus 5 has a 2.26GHz, quad-core Krait 400 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16 or 32GB of storage and an 8-megapixel camera.

Both devices can be found in the Google Play Store in the eight aforementioned markets. The prices vary from market to market; typically, the 16GB Nexus 5 goes for €349 ($486), while the 16GB Nexus 7 costs €269 ($375).
