While we would normally start with the obligatory "Don't try this at home" warning, it's precisely one YouTuber's disregard for warnings that resulted in the taser sword's creation, above. That, and a willingness to get tasered.
The user made it by wrapping a double bladed sword -- apparently, a common household item -- in electrical tape, creating a weapon that looks more futuristic sci-fi movie prop than deadly assassin tool.
We're guessing J.J. Abrams will be borrowing the taser-sword concept for his next movie script. (Perhaps it's what the hero uses to slay the villain?)
