Warning: Potential spoilers about Game of Thrones Season 6 lie ahead.

LONDON -- Ian McShane is not a man to mince his words.

It wasn't long after he was announced as having a role in the next Game of Thrones season that he casually dropped a massive spoiler about his role -- and it doesn't sound as though he has any remorse.

“You say the slightest thing and the internet goes ape,” McShane told the Telegraph. “I was accused of giving the plot away, but I just think get a fucking life. It’s only tits and dragons."

McShane, a British actor known for the likes of Lovejoy, Sexy Beast, Pirates of the Caribbean and his role in Deadwood, will guest star in Season 6 of Thrones in what sounds like a fairly brief, but important, role. He's previously said to Pop Goes the News that he'll be "responsible for bringing somebody back that you think you're never going to see again."

His description of the offer the makers of Thrones made him, meanwhile, is just as blunt as his description of the show itself.

"They asked me if I wanted to do Game of Thrones and I said, 'Sure, I'll be able to see my old pals Charlie Dance and Stephen Dillane' and they said, 'No, we've killed them off.'

"I wasn't sure whether I could commit, but then they said it would only be for one episode, so I said, 'So that means I must die at the end of it. Great, I'm in.'"

Best we don't get too attached to his character in the next season, then.
