So says Jake Gyllenhaal, who couldn't be more right, at least as far as playing the lottery is concerned, in this new trailer for Nightcrawler. Well, what remains of Jake Gyllenhaal, anyway, who left a whole lot of himself on a treadmill somewhere to create this dark, morally compromised turn as one of the shady operators who chases ambulances and cop cars to shoot a little footage, which he then sells to the local TV news.
Open Road films releases Nightcrawler nationwide this Halloween after its premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.
