90s baby Justin Bieber wore a Nirvana tee to Sunday night's American Music Awards, and somehow, it's controversial.
Sure, Bieber was in utero until March 1994 -- just a month before Kurt Cobain's death -- but it's totally possible that he's managed to get his hands on and enjoy the band's discography sometime in the last 21 years.
Still, the people are not entertained. Some are even mad at Bieber for rocking the tee, because apparently it's unfathomable that a person who devotes most of their life to music could be a fan of one of the most popular bands that has ever existed.
As if a dude who peed in a bucket in a nightclub can't relate to "Territorial Pissings."

So far, there don't appear to be any conspiracy theories about one-month-old Bieber crossing the American border to kill Kurt yet, so at least that shred of humanity is intact.
