With great pop culture icons comes great Lego homage.

Imgur user Corsairsteel recreated some of the most iconic comic book covers using Lego. Some of the most beloved heroes (and villains) from both the Marvel and DC Comics universe may look a little small, but they are just as mighty.

Corsairsteel's homage includes several popular titles in comic book history, including the original Superman comic from 1938, Wolverine's limited title series from the 1980s and even the classic but somewhat controversial Alan Moore and Brian Bolland comic The Killing Joke, featuring Batman's nemesis the Joker.

This proves that superheroes come in all sizes. Even tiny, plastic, minifigure sizes.
