LOS ANGELES -- Marina and the Diamonds taught us "How To Be a Heartbreaker" in 2012, but now she's back to warn men how to avoid getting their hearts broken.

In her new cautionary song "Better Than That," which Mashable is debuting first, Marina Diamandis advises a man to steer clear of a certain sex-hungry woman.

The song is from Froot, her third album that comes out next week. But due to preorders, it has already moved as high as No. 6 on iTunes top albums chart.

Aside from "Better Than That," she has released several songs in recent months to promote the March 16 album release.

Here are a few she has unveiled with music videos, starting with the latest:

'Forget'

'I'm in Ruin'

'Immortal'

'Happy'

'Froot'
