We hope you like surprises, because this month's MashFlix selection has got one you definitely won't see coming.

Mashable is excited to present The D Train as the next movie in the MashFlix series, our online and offline film club. It's a dark comedy starring Jack Black as Dan Landsman, an awkward, middle-aged organizer of his high school reunion, and James Marsden as Oliver Lawless, a former classmate with whom Black tries desperately to reconnect. Lawless, a hunky, failed actor living off commercial work in Los Angeles, is the key to Dan's plan to get his reluctant class to attend the reunion. If he can get him to come, the rest, he's assured, will follow.

We'll be releasing exclusive content and encouraging discussion about the film online over the next few weeks, getting you ready for our FREE screening at the IFC Center in NYC on May 5. The movie will be followed by a live (and live-streamed) Q&A with writers and directors Jarrad Paul and Andrew Mogel, of Yes Man fame, as well as producer David Bernad.

Be sure to check out the trailer below, then register for the screening by clicking this link before seats run out.
