Despite the glitz, Grammy carpets and sparkling long-term relationship with his fiancée Nazanin Mandi -- Miguel hasn't forgot about where he started.
The silky-voiced singer visited his former school, Dana Middle School in San Pedro, California, to thrill a surprised crowd that set iPhones snapping and hormones a-blazing. Miguel riled the audience of pre-teens with his hit "Adorn."
The singer's performance was revealed during the school's talent show -- the perfect entrance for the R&B star. The students that rushed the stage were no shock to the singer, as he carried on his performance through the dramatic flickering of auditorium lights.
The "Wildheart" singer posted a stage-view shot of the performance on Instagram.
