Commuters faced an unusual traffic problem in Boise during rush hour on Tuesday: A small plane made an emergency landing on Interstate 84, snarling traffic across two lanes.

Boise Police shared several photos from the scene. The location of the emergency landing is just a mile west of the Boise Airport.

No injuries were reported, but drivers were surprised to see that the root of their traffic woes was actually an aircraft in the eastbound traffic lane.

The plane was still entirely intact, though appears to have some minor damage from the hard landing.
