The U.S. Supreme Court began a new term Monday and already, the nation's highest court is staring down a full plate for the coming year.
The new court session promises to be a closely-watched one as the justices take on several high-profile topics, including at least six death penalty cases, the use of race in college admissions, yet another Obamacare challenge, state regulations on abortion clinics, and cases regarding voting rights and public-sector unions.
