A woman on a flight from Calgary, in Canada, to Tokyo, Japan, on Sunday gave birth to a baby girl she didn't even know she was carrying.
Ada Guan and her boyfriend Wesley Branch were on Air Canada Flight 009 when she began to feel ill, complaining of an upset stomach. Then things got really interesting.
"She told me, 'Something fell out of me,'" the new father told Global News. "I lifted up her pants and I saw a head and then I heard, 'Waah!'
"I thought, 'Oh my god, I think we have a kid.'"
Branch's mother told a local television station that Guan had no idea she was 37 weeks pregnant. Despite occasional stomach discomfort in recent weeks, she thought it was gas: She never thought "it was a baby in there."

Guan had taken a pregnancy test a few weeks prior to the flight however, but it was negative, according to Global News. And even a doctor's visit did not confirm that there was a baby on the way.
Lucky for Guan, there were three doctors on board the Air Canada flight, who assisted in delivering the baby, reports CBC News.

The little girl's name is Chloe.
Happy #MothersDay! We wish mother and daughter well as they arrived in Tokyo safe and sound on AC009 today: https://t.co/BTZcwIYhlf— Air Canada (@AirCanada) May 10, 2015
If Chloe was born in the skies above Hawaii, she could potentially be eligible for American as well as Canadian citizenship.
