The University of Colorado Boulder has a little bit of a bear problem.

On Friday morning, a 2-year-old bear was spotted lounging idly in a tree on campus. But because the University of Colorado Boulder is no fun at all, they called in campus police, the school's facilities management department and Colorado Parks and Wildlife to handle the situation.

According to a Facebook post from the University, after setting up padded mats below the tree, the bear was tranquilized and fell to the ground, thankfully unhurt. It was then loaded into trailer, and Colorado Parks and Wildlife plan to relocate the young bear to the mountains in either Boulder or Larimer county.

Weirdly enough, this isn't the first time the University of Colorado Boulder has had a falling bear situation.

In 2012, another bear had to be tranquilized after it climbed a campus tree. A photo of the bear falling immediately went viral, sparking memes and even a lawsuit over the rights to fair compensation for photographers.

While we're not sure this new crop of photos will set off a lawsuit, the images posted to the University's Facebook page are certainly meme-worthy. Get on that, Internet.
