LONDON – Vegetables are pretty much the most boring food of all, right?
Wrong. They might not always be the most exciting thing on your dinner plate, but when it comes to random creative projects they're pretty high on the food tree.
The vegetable sculpture competition at last weekend's Lambeth Country Show in London is all the proof you'll ever need of this. From aubergine-crafted Jon Snow figurines to miniature cauliflower sheep, the contest showed that vegetables are vastly underrated.
