Trust us, these poppies will not put you to sleep.

Dancers in The Wiz were pulling out all the stops during NBC's live production. As Dorothy and her friends traveled to The Emerald City, they were almost thwarted by a band of dancing poppies that nearly trapped the gang with their sexy Beyoncé body rolls.

Luckily, the Cowardly Lion, played by David Allen Grier, summoned up the courage to best the poppies at their own seductive dance game -- and the crew was able to move on their merry way.

Of course, the combination of the choreography and the gorgeous costumes was enough to turn some heads on Twitter.
