101-year-old D-Day veteran breaks skydiving world record yet again

101 years young.

Forget your retirement plans because this guys is setting the bar much, much higher.

D-Day veteran Bryson William Verdun Hayes, known as Verdun, became the oldest person in the world to skydive at the ripe age of 101 and 38 days.

The veteran fearlessly jumped 15,000 feet out of an airplane with - get this - ten other members of his family in tow - three generations of Hayes.

"Beautiful," Hayes said upon landing, "Really, I'd do it again tomorrow."

The great-grandfather skydived for the first time last year at 100 years old, then breaking the British record for oldest skydiver. That record wasn't enough for Hayes who, after this jump, took the world record from former holder Armand Gendreau at 101-years-old and three days.

Hayes said parachute jumping was something he had wanted to do since he turned 90 - but was talked out of it by his late wife. It certainly looks like he's made up for lost time.

By the joyful look on Hayes' face, we'd say there's a great chance of seeing him breaking this record again.
